David spent 9 years as a new home consultant with three nationally known builders including Ryland Homes, Centex Homes and Goodman Family of Builders. David has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including the SMC Circle of Stars Excellence Award and multiple McSam Achiever Awards. David is originally from Dallas, and has spent time abroad in Spain and Australia. David is married to his lovely wife Cary. David enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, scuba diving, cooking, photography and working with wood.
